Mod - Kit 2

Category: Modification Kits

Increase speed from 72mph-76/77mph depending on set up, increase revs to 8450RPM

(includes all of mod kit 1 – mind blowing acceleration)

High rev race ECU for the “X” boat for use with 95 octane pump gas. Our new high rev race ECU fro LTD spec application can be used with stock injectors on “X” boat and will deliver awesome acceleration over stock with an increase of up to 300RPM over stock and an increase of up to 3MPH top end with the correct set up.  Better timing curve developed under race conditions, provides increased horsepower and raises the rev limit to either 8450RPM for LTD race spec for use with stock head retainers, or otherwise to 8650RPM for use with lightened titanium retainers, or8850RPM for use with the addition of lightened valve and other head modification.  Our ECU retains all the safety features and operations of the OE unit, including all safety features of the overheat signals and detonation sensor engine retard functions if bad fuel is used or a problem is detected by the electronics so as to prevent possible damage to your expensive Rotax Motor.  We have race tested every ECU available and none surpass this unit in either acceleration or top speed gain.

Extract more RPM out of your motor with a thus faster spinning supercharger thus producing more boost from your supercharger that equals more horse power

HIGH FLOW RATE FUEL INJECTORS

To compliment the need for speed and provide your high revving, Sea Doo motor with the fuel that it requires in high performance mode.

TITANIUM HEAD RETAINERS FOR ROTAX MOTORS

These titanium retainers are CNC machined to exact specifications of each one and will provide your Rotax “X” Motor with the reliability that is required when increasing the rev limit to 8650RPM on our race ECU. Stock retainers weigh 11grams our race titanium retainers weigh only  4 to 5 grams Likewise these retainers have been race tested on our race boats with race ECU set at 8650RPM rev limit, and have proven to be reliable in the harsh conditions of closed course racing over a period of about 60 hours pure race use.  No more bent or broken valves from cylinder head valve bounce under high revving motor conditions.
