NEW “X” MODEL PUMP ANTICAVIATION CONE

This new billet CNC Ally cone that is adjustable with spacers, allows the serious racer to balance the exit volume area of the “X” boat’s jet pump, thus creating a less turbulent water flow out of the nozzle, and reducing any cavitation on acceleration under high boost and high revving Rotax Motor applications.

OE JET PUMP REBUILD KIT

Replace stock jet pump bearings and shaft that are prone to have play on the shaft causing premature wear on the wear ring under high performance operation, with our triple bearing and driveshaft kit that runs in jet pump oil.  This precision fit kit allows for minimal tolerance on the shaft that the impeller screws onto, and will prove to be 100% reliable when using our high revving modification and 300+ horsepower conversions

NEW “X” BOAT STEERING BLOCKS

Our new steering set up for the “X” boat, retains the stock steering system base, that is very similar  to the UMI steering systems.  With our adaptor blocks CNC machined out of aircraft ally and anodized in orange to prevent corrosion, we are able to drop the stock system and use a wider fat bar handlebar that provides a million times better handle bar positioning.  The wider and lower bars allow better control in corning on the closed course, and allow for the rider to maintain a more forward riding position.  Our hand grips are ODI Pro Lock Grips that provide the necessary grip required on the end of this race handlebar set up.

OPAS REMOVAL PLATES

Removal of the stock steering rudders on RXP-X is required when wanting to modify for closed course racing.  Also reduces unwanted drag in the water thus increasing top speed. Can be used in conjunction with our race sponson kit.

NEW “X” MODEL HIGH BOOST COMPLETE SUPERCHARGER

This new CNC machined, billet aircraft ally supercharger wheel, anodised against corrosion will produce up to 14.75 PSI of boost under ideal operating conditions at sea level.  Comes complete with re-machined inner and outer housing, ready for installation and fitted with our race tested supercharger washer kit, to avoid breakages due to carbon washer failure.
